At Vertex Solar Hub, we are committed to delivering quality products and services. Please review the following policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom solar systems, installed products, used components, permitting fees, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund if approved.
4. Service Cancellation
Cancel scheduled services at least 72 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations made after this window may incur charges or be non-refundable.
5. Custom Orders
Custom-designed solar systems and special-order components are non-refundable once production or procurement has begun.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
7. Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection of returned items.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be allowed for defective or incorrect items, subject to inventory availability and inspection.
9. Installation Services
Refunds for installation services are not issued once work has begun. Any disputes must be reported immediately during or after service.
10. How to Request a Return or Refund
